A lot of people, are questioning whether or not Ryan Newman was fined for allegedly punching driver Juan Pablo Montoya, while in the NASCAR hauler.
Why were drivers Ryan Newman and Juan Pablo Montoya even in the NASCAR trailer? Well if you recall a few races ago, when Ryan Newman and Juan Pablo Montoya, kept getting into each other, repeatedly; and under the "Boy's have at it" policy that NASCAR adopted last year, when ever there's an on track accident, both drivers are pulled into the NASCAR hauler and given a "talkin" to, and most time they are fined and put on probation. That seems to be the case here, although no drivers were given a fine, or put on probation.
NASCAR says that what happens in the hauler, stays in the hauler, which in all honesty is understandable, but fans also want to know, what goes on with the drivers. We're dedicated, that's for sure.
The real question here is, should NASCAR have announced that Ryan Newman was fined? Alot of people say yes, and then some say no. When asked about it, Ryan Newman declined to comment on it. Think back to last season when Newman was also fined for talking negatively about NASCAR. So would another fine to Newman be a surprise?
Simply put, no it wouldn't be.
